Basic screening test of the plasma coagulation factors, it includes a Prothrombin Time (PT), Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT) and a Clauss Fibrinogen . This allows an estimation of the levels and function of the coagulation factors and is the starting point in the majority of Haemostatic investigations.
