Squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCA) is a tumour marker associated with squamous cell carcinomas of various tissues including the lung, uterine cervix, vagina and oesphagus. 

SCCA is not a diagnostic marker and should be interpreted with caution in the clinical context and should not be used for screening in the general population.
